Employer-Provided Access & Information Processed
GPS MAP CLICK Business is provided to employees through their employer. Depending on the features enabled, the app may process employee and company identifiers, device and activation information, GPS coordinates, timestamps, route points, photos, videos, reports, and push-notification tokens.
Location Data Access, Use & Background Tracking
GPS MAP CLICK Business accesses GPS location data to add location details to stamps and reports and to support work-related features. When an employer enables work-session route tracking, the app may record GPS coordinates, timestamps, and route points while the employee’s work session is active. This may include recording location when the app is in the background or the phone is locked, if the employee grants the required background-location permission. Route information is available to authorized company personnel.
Business Features & Work-Session Location Tracking
The app uses this information to provide business access, add location details to stamps and reports, and support work-related features. If an employer enables work-session route tracking, location may be recorded while the employee’s work session is active, including when the app is in the background or the phone is locked if the employee grants the required background-location permission. Device Storage, Business Records & Deletion
Photos, videos, reports, and settings are generally stored on the device. Media sent for stamp processing is different from work evidence uploaded to the company service; evidence and business records may be retained there. Deleting app data from a device does not necessarily delete records held by the employer or the business service. Contact your company administrator about employee records.
